Acceptance

By accessing TenLINK you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use TenLINK on behalf of an agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Use of the Service

TenLINK provides scheduling, dispatch, job files, billing coordination, and TenConnect remote interpretation infrastructure. You agree to use the service only for lawful professional interpreting and language-access work.

You are responsible for securing devices used to access TenLINK. Do not share session cookies, leave authenticated sessions unattended in public spaces, or bypass authentication controls.

  • Device Security: Agency staff must lock workstations when stepping away. TenLINK may mask sensitive widgets and locations by default to reduce shoulder-surfing in open offices.
  • Video Stream and Event Conduct Liability: TenLINK provides the technical infrastructure and communication venue via third-party streaming partners for live video interaction. The parent agency or corporate account holder retains absolute legal liability and responsibility for monitoring the conduct, actions, and materials shared by users during live video sessions. Ten99/TenFlow does not actively monitor, audit, or review live transmissions and disclaims all liability for data exposures, confidentiality breaches, or disputes arising directly out of interactions occurring within live video rooms.
  • Algorithmic Dispatch and Contractor Approval Disclaimer: TenLINK provides an automated, programmatic operational venue utilizing artificial intelligence to analyze incoming contracts, match skill criteria, and autonomously approve and dispatch independent contractors. This feature serves as an administrative efficiency tool. The Parent Agency retains ultimate legal liability for establishing, auditing, and verifying the credentials, background clearances, and professional suitability of any autonomously approved contractor upon execution of the assignment. Ten99/TenFlow is not liable for operational disruptions, unfulfilled bookings, credential discrepancies, or scheduling errors resulting directly or indirectly from autonomous machine routing.

Contractors & Ten99

Contractors on the Ten99 bench maintain their own accounts. Agency job offers and handoffs sync through controlled APIs — private contractor notes on Ten99 are never pulled into TenLINK.

Enterprise Agreements

Corporate accounts may execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) or data processing addendum for HIPAA or FERPA programs. Video BAAs with our streaming partners are enabled when your agency signs enterprise compliance settings in TenLINK / TenFLOW.

Limitations

TenLINK is provided as a professional tool. Except where prohibited by law, TenFlow disclaims liability for indirect damages and for conduct inside live video rooms as described above.
